Responsibilities

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will act as a bridge between the business and tech team to better understand user requirements effectively in terms of both business and technical perspectives to minimize rework on requirements. You are responsible for ensuring to capture and surfacing the right information to make informed business decisions, working closely with the engineering, product and risk intelligence teams. You will take a hands-on approach to solving technical challenges and deliver a high level of value satisfaction to our clients in a fast-moving environment.

• Define, analyze, and document the business and technical requirements and processes for our internal stakeholders
• Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and requirements, and review design specifications
• Write functional specifications, use cases, and requirements that describe the necessary system changes or new system features
• Provide support to the product team in using the functional specifications and requirements to develop technical solutions
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative insights and provide reports and pitches to stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related fields
• Strong understanding of IT related services and processes and the governance that encompasses them
• Proficient in HTTP, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth and SDK integration
• Strong desire to learn and adapt
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, under pressure to tight deadlines
• Experience in project management is highly desirable
• Aptitude for business and business metrics
• Strong communication skills and excellent command of both written and spoken English
